Take your data with you
Export puts your transactions into a CSV table that opens in Numbers, Excel and Google Sheets. It is free for everyone, works without a connection, and Topf can read the file back.

The screens are drawn from iOS 27. On earlier versions some of them look a little different.
-
Open the export
Open Settings, then Export in the Data group.
-
Choose what goes in
Account: all accounts, or one. All accounts is the whole book, archived accounts included.
Period: a day, a week, a month, a year, or all time. Above the choice you see the file itself: its name, how many transactions, and the first rows.
-
Export and save
Tap Export. On iPhone, choose Save to Files, or send the file by mail or messenger. On Android, choose where to send it: Drive, mail, or a file manager to keep it on the phone.
What the file holds
One row per transaction, newest first: date, time, type, account, amount, currency, category, note, and the amount in your main currency. A transfer between accounts takes two rows, one per account.
Column names and words are in the language of the app. The separator follows the region of your phone, so the file opens in columns in your spreadsheet: a semicolon where decimals take a comma.
The last columns hold IDs. With them Topf reads the file back accurately: accounts and categories are found by their IDs, and an export of all accounts brings transfers back as transfers. How to import
